We are seeking a result oriented, energetic, dynamic, charismatic, business focused individuals.

1. Managing Partner

The ideal person will ensure the achievement of strategic business objectives as they relate to the firm’s vision. He/She is responsible for the strategic and operational execution of the firm’s mission as set out in the firm’s strategic plans.

Reports to: Board

Required Skills:

Human Resources Management and Consulting Skills, Financial Management, Business Development and Sales, Performance Management, Project Management, People Management, Excellent Communication Skills, Entrepreneurship and experience running their own consulting practice or being responsible for business objectives  is a plus.

Required Qualifications:

Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in any field, Professional Certification (CIPM/CIPD, HRCI, SHRM).  all mandatory.

Minimum 12 years experience with 3 years in a similar role

2. Head of Business Development

The ideal person will deliver the business development and sales goals of the organisation, ensuring they are achieved in alignment with strategic plans.

Required Skills:

Marketing and Sales Management, Project Management, Product and Market Development, Client Engagement.

Required Qualifications: Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in any field, relevant degree is a plus.

Minimum 7 years experience with 3 years in a similar role.

3. Consultants: Associate Consultants – Senior Consultants

The ideal person will analyze client needs, design and implement well-tailored and sustainable solutions.

Required Skills:

HR Management, HR Consulting, Client Engagement, Performance Management, Project Management, People Management, Excellent Communication Skills, New Business Development and Client Retention

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field. Professional Certification is mandatory (CIPD, HRCI, SHRM). Master’s degree and numerate degree a plus.

Minimum 5 years experience with 3 years in a similar role.

4. Head of Recruitment Services

The ideal candidate will have managed a recruitment business or a recruitment team. Is comfortable with leading the Recruitment side of the business and growing the portfolio of clients and business.

Required Skills

Business Development, Business Unit Management, Recruitment Consulting, Client Engagement.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Minimum 8 years experience with 3 years in a similar role.

5. Events and Sponsorships Manager

The ideal person will develop, plan and deliver value driven events, ensuring that corporate events (training, seminars, conferences etc.) are planned and delivered to perfection while ensuring adequate funding in the form of ticket sales, partnerships and sponsorships.

Event Marketing and Sales Management, Event and Project Management, Product and Market Development, Client Engagement.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field, relevant degree is a plus

Minimum 7 years experience with 3 years in a similar role.

6. Head of Training and Development Services

The ideal person will ensure the Training function of the firm achieves its business objectives as defined by the firm’s business goals. The role is responsible for all training services which includes analysis, design, sales & delivery of Learning and Development solutions.

Required Skills

Project Management, Learning Management, Training Design and Development, Facilitation Skills, Market Development, Client Engagement, Business Development.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in any field, relevant certification ( CIPD, HRCI, SHRM, ATD) and training is mandatory.

Minimum 8 years experience with 3 years in a similar role.

7. Training Content Designer/Coordinator

The Ideal person will design, develop and deliver content for our learning and development programs. Content include but not limited to training materials, brochures, articles, workbooks, slides, presentations etc. The ideal person must be detail oriented and must strive for perfect delivery.

Required Skills

Excellent Written and Oral Communication, Curriculum Design, Excellent Use of MS Word and PowerPoint, Project Management.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field, relevant degree is a plus

Minimum 5 years experience with 2 years in a similar role.

8. Social Media Manager

The ideal candidate will manage social media content & posts, digital marketing, blog management, articles, client engagement & customer service. The ideal person must be detailed and must strive for perfect client engagement.

Required Skills:

Excellent Written and Oral Communication, Digital Marketing, Social Media Engagement, Project Management.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field, relevant degree is a plus

Minimum 4 years experience with 2 years in a similar role.

9. Sales/Telesales Officer

The ideal person will ensure the sales goals assigned to them are met. This will mainly include sales of training programs and related services.

Required Skills:

Marketing and Sales Management, Tele Marketing and Sales, Client Engagement.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field, relevant degree is a plus.

Minimum 3 years experience with 1 year in a similar role.
